PC '10

Sorry this hasn't been updated in a little while, but I've just been sooo busy getting to know our absolutely fabulous new members of PC '10! 47 babies in all, they're a great addition to the chapter.

Recruitment went by in a blink, and we were lucky enough to be well-rewarded in the end. Our Director of New Member Orientation, Elisabeth Leoni, put together an Italian feast for Bid Day at Carmine's! Big Little Week is now over, and hopefully you know all about the newest member of your family. Get in touch and try to have coffee or dinner with your family to get to know her (or them! we had SUCH had a big pledge class after all)!

There was, of course, RED DRESS GALA where we, thanks to many of your donations, raised a lot of money for the Alpha Phi Foundation to benefit cardiac care and scholarship. A big shoutout to Julia King for a great speech! Thank you so much to the girls who bought tickets and came. I hope you had as great a time as we all did while cruising the Potomac.

Fall Philanthropy has been an absolute blur what with an impressive showing at PiKapp's War of the Roses, Derby Days for Sigma Chi, and Phi Psi's for GIs. To see the best Alpha Phi collaboration EVER check out the link below for this year's Greek Week skit with Sigma Chi

Up Next? Initiation and Phi Ball!

School's out.for.SUMMER

Congratulations to our Iota Iota Seniors on graduating!! We will sorely miss you and hope that you will come back often. We said an emotional goodbye so just think of how happy we'll be to have you back in the fall for all of our events!

Thank you also to the Alumnae and Seniors who attended our brunch at Logan Tavern. It was so nice to get everyone together. Another emotional Senior event? Senior Send Off on the Vern complete with video messages and heartfelt letters for each of our lovely new alums.

Switching over to Philanthropy.....Alpha Phi (finally) got it together and rocked out the rest of the semester! First, there was Lohr Beck (new Alpha Phi alum) who won AEPi's Greek Idol followed promptly with a win over the other sororities in Pi Phi Wiffle Ball. We even won the CADE Mix Off on U Yard with the delicious Mo-phi-to! Of course everyone also had a fantastic time at Pike's Fireman's Challenge.

Alpha Phi has also managed to have quite a lot of fun finishing out this semester. We raved with Pike at Japone, and the next week prepped ourselves out with AEPi. Sisters joined each other at different fraternity formals from DC to Maryland to Virginia Beach. And last but certainly not least, we had an absolutely stellar night with our sisters (and dates) at Alpha Phi Formal.

Have an amazing summer and be on the lookout for information about this fall! Expect lots of emails about Recruitment, Founder's Day, Initiation, anddddd RED DRESS!
